Our go-to-market strategy is coming together, and this is the walkthrough of how it works end to end. The idea is simple: paid product interviews that pull in the right people, then a repeatable content pipeline that turns every one of those conversations into search traffic and demo signups.
Paid product interviews as the top of the funnel
The first stage funnels people in through ads and cold outreach to a qualifying page. Before anyone gets a meeting, we check that they fit: are they CMO-level or senior enough to set strategy, what is their hourly rate, and can they actually think on their own?
That last part matters more than it sounds. We include questions designed to test cognitive ability and to catch when someone just copies a complex, technical question into an LLM and pastes the answer back. Because we can tell whether an answer was typed or pasted, the qualifying page does the sorting for us before we ever get on a call.
The interview itself is paid, and the payment mechanism doubles as marketing: instead of paying cash, the participant shares a social post advertising the experience. That means the interviews promote themselves, and as it spins up we can dial back ad spend. Once interviews hit critical mass and keep coming in, we aggregate them, generate a report, turn the findings into Jira tickets and update the product. It also feeds the landing page and the lead qualification logic with real information about what people think of the product and how it makes them feel — and we measure conversions from that and update again.
Turning every video into a full content engine
The second half of the strategy is how we generate social posts from the videos we record. Each video post is built to record horizontal and vertical from the start. It goes up to YouTube, a blog gets generated from it, and keyword optimization runs over that content so it actually ranks in search. From there we send out email, create posts and push them to Buffer.
Woven through all of it are the magic links to our demo. Anyone who clicks gets a free demo of the product doing keyword research, site audits, client reports and competitor research — the things that normally eat days — at a very fast pace. The goal is to get people to the magic moment of saving time and money as quickly as possible.
The blog automatically distributes through email, posts go to Buffer, and then the YouTube video and blog get updated to keep everything pointing the right way.
Why the video stays unlisted until the end
One detail that is easy to miss: the YouTube video stays unlisted while it moves through the process, because the blog needs the transcript and the underlying recording to generate posts. Only once everything is built does the share flip on.
A lot of this is already done. The social media piece, which you will see on the blog, is called Social Media Flow — it takes recordings and produces these videos. What is still to build is the qualifying page. The shared link goes into the untitled scene, and this walkthrough is practice for communicating internally so the team stays aligned while we execute the strategy.

Hey, guys. So I'm going to be going over our go, uh, to market strategy, um, and it's pretty close. It's coming together.
Okay. So uh, one of the first things uh we're doing is we're doing this product interview because it's getting the critical information. So we're going to funnel people in through ads, um and cold outreach and then we're going to send them to a qualifying page. We're going to make uh, sure we check their, if they're qualified, if they're CMO senior, they can do strategy, um, what their hourly rate is. And then we're going to ask some uh questions that test uh cognitive ability and um, whether or not they use uh an LLM, uh when they shouldn't essentially. So um, uh there's going to be a few uh ah tests in the questions to uh, basically sort people out. So for example uh, we asked them a question, uh maybe it's a little bit complex, um maybe it's a little bit technical, something that they can copy and paste into an LLM and then paste the answer and then we just check if they paste um, or they type um and so we're going to be, we're going to be able to do some tests there to find uh, the people uh, that we need. Um, uh so then we get a meeting booked, uh we record it um and then part of this because this is a paid uh product interview, we asked them to uh, for payment they share a social post that they actually um, uh advertise this and then eventually we can um, reduce the spend on these essentially. So hopefully um, this uh, basically spins uh up and it hits critical, hits uh critical uh mass. So um, you know these are coming in really quick. Uh so we got to aggregate them, uh generate a report, turn them into Jira's and then update the product. And then also we're going to want to think about um adjusting how we're qualifying um our leads. Uh and this is going to give us the information that we need for the landing and the product um, uh in basically collecting people what they think of our product and how it makes them feel. Um and then of course we're going to measure uh conversions from this and then um, and then update. Now uh, when we do these updates uh the next process we have is how we generate our uh social posts. So I'll talk about that in the next chapter because I just want to use this new chapter tool.
So I was actually, I used the new take feature to see if I could actually see my video recorder. Uh, I can't. Um, but that was actually. This is turning out to be pretty cool. So um, on this social post, um, the video post is pretty much integrated to record horizontal and vertical. Um, goes up to YouTube, we generate a blog. Uh, there's going to be some uh, keyword optimization um, that happens here. Uh, to get it to search. Um, we, we send out email, um, create posts, put push them to buffer. And it's very important that we have the magic links to our demo to show what we're capable of. So somebody clicks it, they get a free demo of uh, the thing doing keyword research, site audit, client report, competitor research. Some of the things that take a lot of time. We demonstrate uh, that we can do at a very, very uh, fast uh, pace. So the goal is to get people um, to this magic m moment of where they save time and money. Um, of course, you know, the blog, we automatically distribute an email. Um, after things go to buffer, we're going to Update the uh, YouTube and uh, with the blog. Uh because of course we want everything flowing to our blog. We want everything uh, flowing to the um, to a magic link demo as well. And then we'll just make another thing here so uh, people can click things and immediately get ah, the ideas to immediately get to the uh, magic moment as much as possible. M. And then so once everything's done we just flip the share on the YouTube video and then, and that's just um, it's unlisted as the YouTube is unlisted as it goes through this process because our blog needs it um, to be able to like generate posts. We know we need the transcript, et cetera. So that's essentially the go to market strategy. Um, and it's you know a lot of it's really done. We gotta build the qualify page. Um, this social media thing you're gonna see up on the blog, it's pretty much done. It's called Social Media Flow. We can uh, take recordings uh, of it and uh, produce and create these videos. Um, all right, so this is the strategy. I'm going to include the link, the uh, shared link in the untitled scene. And I'm using this as practice to uh, communicate internally to make sure that we get aligned. And we are working on this uh, go to market strategy. All right, thanks a lot.
Frequently Asked Questions
Prospects are funneled in through ads and cold outreach to a qualifying page that checks seniority (CMO-level or above), hourly rate, cognitive ability, and whether they paste answers from an LLM, before a recorded paid interview is booked.
Payment is a social post the participant shares advertising the interview, which promotes the funnel and lets us eventually reduce ad spend.
Each video records horizontal and vertical, goes to YouTube (unlisted until finished), generates a keyword-optimized blog, and then feeds email, Buffer posts and magic links to the free demo so everything flows to the blog and demo.
